Hey Everyone!,

It's been awhile since I owned freshwater fish since I moved into saltwater but I recently got back into planted aquariums. I currently have a tank full of mosquito fish and was wondering if I could add my endlers into the tank. How they be able to cross breed because that is not what I want. I want to keep my endler bloodline as clean as possible but it would be easier to manage them if the tanks are mixed.

when you say mosquito fish do you mean heterandria formosa if so they cant cross breed and will be fine with endlers

Thanks for the reply.

No they are Gambusia affinis.

I don't want them to mix, so if they can then i will just keep them seperate. But if they can't, I would like to house them together.
