Question About Aquarium Rock

I have been looking for some "white" rock to brighten up one of my tanks and have found "tuffa" rock and "Ocean" rock. They look the same in pictures I was presuming ocean rock was for saltwater tanks or are they both the same.

i believe theyre the same but theyle both up your ph
and even in the best water they wont stay that white

only difference is ocen rock is more porouse smaller holes
