Quest On Melafix

Just a quick question: I'm using melafix for a freshwater tropical fish with a torn tail fin. He's in a hospital tank (5 gallon plastic container w/lid) with an airstone and heater (no filter).

Do I need to change the water before each new dose of the medicine? The instructions only say to dose the tank everyday for 3 to 7 days.

No don't do water changes in between each dose just dose daily for 7 days and then do a water change as normal.
