For a while now I've had my Queen Arabesque pleco, who has been very shy and reclusive, and could usually only be seen his cave through a reflection (which I have found to be hard to take a picture of). Lately I have been catching him sitting in one place in particular when I turn the lights on, and today he sat their for quite a long time, so I grabbed the camera a got a few shots of him. He's about 2 and 1/2 inchs long (not counting the tail) and a little under an inch wide

I would have taken more, but those were the only two angles I could see him at, as he was between a rock and a hard place (plus, as you can tell by the pictures, I'm not much of a photographer). :D

He's a lovely looking plec, but are you sure he's an L260? I found these pics of one here and he looks different to that one?

that looks like an ordinalry plec to me. Buitiful none the less :) I love watching my little plec with my cichs. he swims around then smacks into one thats sleeping or they smack into him. Quite a character :) Nice plec buddy.

Nope, I'm positive it's an L-260, like I said earlier, I'm not much of a photographer, his stripes are kind of blurred in the picture. He is also still fairly new and also a juvenile, so he is not showing off full blast. My water is also a little high in pH, and he may not show his full colors unless lower it.
If I could get a shot of his tail you would definitely see he is a L-260, it is the most colorful part and is much like the photos. :)
By the way, here is a picture from Planet Catfish (pic 15) that is more similar to my L-260 (though not quite).
