quarantine tank

I just set up my first quarantine tank for my sick tang. I heard you should raise the temp in the tank. Is this true? if so how high?
my main tank temp is 79.

You will want to raise the tank temp slowly after the fish is in the tank. What it does is induce fever like state. I have ran mine up to 82. This is not nessisary if you are treating for parisites, only virial or bacterial infections.
