The issue is I do not have an area to quarantine my plants when I receive them.
I have read that if you don't have a quarantine space you can mix 1 part bleach to 20 parts water, and then soak your plants for 4 minutes.
How viable is this information? Is that even a good idea to soak young plants in bleach?
