I have been looking at this but can't find one that is compatible with my taps Python No Spill Clean and Fill Aquarium Maintenance System Do they do a UK version ? As I have separate cold and hot taps

Before I begin, please insert generic insult pertaining to your tap as any American would make to you after learing your tap is weird.
 
You can build your own adapter.  Get a Y Junction fitting and some pipes from home depot and create a single tap adapter that goes into one.

I made one from some pond fittings, a tap valve and a T-piece and a hozelock tap connector, works a treat and cost about £9 to make (I already had hose and Marina gravel vac.
Someone poster a link on here to a waterbed filler/drainer unit that basically does the same thing but I don't know how it fits to taps etc

I use a DIY python hose system which runs directly to the bathroom and refilling tank is connected to the shower head tap mixer which mean water is slightly warm when refilling the tank.
 
These will help give you some ideas how to do a diy one,I have made one and this does the job perfectly well indeed, a back saving device!

And if you have a shower tap mixer, then this works a treat for connecting the hose from tank to the tap, has two valves which you can use for specific functions.

But if you have separate taps, as just noticed this, there are  several things that can do the job, large Wilko stores or most garden centres have a these sort of things if that is suitable for your types of taps.
