Hey guys

The package I am buying works in two ways.

1) the stand, hood, and glass tank

or

2) all of the above, but also...

Aqua One CF1200 Cannister filter - http://www.aquaone.co.uk/filter_external.php
Aqua One 300 Watt heater - http://www.aquaone.co.uk/accessories_heat.php
Aqua One AL-40 48 Inch Light & Tube - http://www.aquaone.co.uk/lighting_al_t8.php

The tank is 36x18x24, volume around 65gallons.

I'm desperate to start as I mean to go on, so that very much includes getting the right equipment for the job. Does anyone know about this Aqua One stuff? Is it decent enough? It's all well and good saving money by purchasing a full package, but I'll be a bit disappointed if the equipment turns out to be a bit poor.

For information, I'll be keeping a few kinds of tetra in the tank.

Thanks guys! :good:

Those aditional bits are fine for if you are keeping Tetras, but the light may not be up-to-par, if you whish to keep live plants. If keeping live plants, do you know what type of planted tank you want to keep? The type of planted tank you whish to keep makes a large diffference to the type, spectrum and intencity of light you will require.

Was thinking a bit of Anubias attached to driftwood and then maybe some Java Fern and Amazon Swords.
