Puntius Denisonii (Red Line Torpedo Barbs) - Are They Hardy Enough Whe

ive been wanting a shoal of 6 puntius denisonii for a while now but the cheapest i can find them is 2 for £25 in my area. after looking at online tropicals for a while ive found some at 3 for £10. the only problem is they are very young/small at 3cm approx in length. will they be fine posted? and are they going to be easy to acclimatize at this size.

Probably not much help, but I know a certain shop in Allington Lane, Southampton, that is selling ~200 ~5cm guys at £5 each!

lol. southampton is a bit far. just frustrating none of my local fish stores can get any small ones for a fiver!!!! do u think these juvis will be fine posted???

Ordered from Trimar many times and never had a problem. Well packaged and delivered by APC courier.

If they had any doubts about their survival during transit they won't send them.

ok thanks for ur replies. think ill give them a call 2moro. im away next week so it will have to be the week after if they are still available then. i have to say after looking at the site i was confident they were a good outfit. they seem to say clearly what they doand advise well on how to recieve and acclimatise the fish you recieve. is they any other online sites i should consider???

Tropical fish 2 your door are good. Two different shops use that system. Wildwoods and Wholesale Tropicals. I've been to both their stores in London and both are very good. I get alot of my fish from these places but never had them posted.
