Pumpkin Seed

Hello all.

Has anyone kept Pumpkin Seed's, or any of the other Lepomis family, such as Blue spotted sun fish, everglades pygmy sunfish, Rainbow darter, bluegills etc?

If so, how did they fair in your tank, and what was their aggression levels like? Doing some research at the moment, and there is a lot of contrary information.

I had 3 in a 55 gallon. They tank was bare except for a cave. They really bullied eachother alot. I caught them right after rbeeding season( june) at my uncles. No matter what i did, i couldnt transition them to flake/pellet.

I found a little one in one of our feeder tanks at work. They're not bad fish, similar agression levels of african cichlids in my experience.
