My male guppy has a little problem.... It seems another fish nipped him on the nose 
. It's not that serious I hope, but part of his upper lip is gone. I put a little salt in there to help, and some Stress Coat. He's not interested in food or his females. Any advice on how to help it grow back properly? Thanks ahead!

Fish tend to stop eating only when the problem is really serious 
You could also try a stronger antibiotic if you have one, as the chances are he will have picked up an infection from the wound.

It's so hard when they get injured or sick. We feel so helpless, despite doing everything we can. Who would think we'd get so attached to fish? 
I miss my daughter's guppies that died and when I recently reduced my herd of fancy males by giving some to the very good local lfs, I missed them so much. Hope you find another cutie soon. Let us know when you do, give us a pic or description!
