Puffer On Last Legs Please Advise

hi i have a green spotted puffer with what looks like a big problem,

cloudy eyes one looks like a hole in it, rised.

very dark in colour and cracks on skin (what looks like)

please is there anyone that knnows what this is and how to treat it

Is the nitrite reading 0 then.What test kit are you using.
I would issolate the puffer and treat with a bacterial med.

Read your other post, has the platy been pecking at his eyes.
I you sure the puffer is a brackish puffer.

I would also post in the right part of the forum as not familar which puffer fish.

it needs to be in a brackish species only tank, at approx 1.010, using a marine salt mix.

Best abit of advice to offer is research the fish before you buy.

I don't know anything about puffers so can't help anymore.
