Just wondering if these guys could be kept with White Labs in a 75 gallon, or would they not be the best option for an african community tank? I know these guys can be very aggressive, so I don't want them to over power the white labs too much.

Demasoni are only usually agressive to there own kind and should be fine with the labs. Just make sure you have a large group of demasoni and you'll be fine. Not all as bad as people say.

Yeah its seems to be key to have a larger group of them. Now the question is what should the stocking numbers for White Labs and Demasoni in a 75 gallon? I have kept africans many times before, so the tank will have loads of rock and sand. I will obviously have more Demsoni then Labs, just to keep the demasoni's aggression down.

I'd go for approx 14 demasoni and 10 labs. These are dwarf mbuna so you can have a good few whats your tank around 280L (sorry not good with gallons)

Yeah it works out to be 283L. Thanks for the stocking info. I think the blue and white contrast will look nice. I might put some Java fern in there for them to to pick at and dig up. I'll be adding all of them at once of course, I have had the best luck with africans when they go in at the one time. The tank has been running now for 5 or more years now and lots of filteration. 2 Aqua Clear 70's and 1 Aqua clear 110.
