Pseudomugil Gertrudae?

Has anyone had any experience with these fish?
I really like the look of them, and would love any information anyone could provide about them!

Its been a few years but I used to keep not only gerts but also furtcatus and threadfins (these are not Pseudomagils). They are neat little fish very active and the males display which is also fun to watch. Rather than try to lay it all out myself here is a link to the gert page of a really food rainbow site

Could I ask, is a 64L big enough? And if so, how many would you put in?

When it comes to the blue eyed bows the old inch/gallon rule is more than applicable. (in the UK I gues it would be the old 2.5cm/3.8L rule). These fish are small with a thin body. 64L = about 16 US gals. I would have no problem having 15-20 pseudomugils in a tank that size. Just put in a bunch of live plants. If your goal is to get fry you may want to go for lighter stocking since most fish eat their own eggs and fry.

Another neat small bow to look at would be Iriatherina werneri aka threadfin rainbow. These could be kept together with gertrudae. Threadfin display is really neat as they have larger fins than the blue eyes and the threads look like miniature butterflies flitting about the tank.
