Protozin Treatment And Water Change

I have just put my last dose of protozin treatment in my aquarium (day 6). So how long after the final dose should I wait before a water change and putting the carbon back in?

Any time from 24 hours after the dosing of the day 6 treatment.

I waited until "day13" before I gradually changed the water (~25% each time) over three days, not only to remove any intact Protozin but to also gradually lower the salinity from 0.5g/l added during my Ich treatment on the 48x12x15.
