RedSea's aren't worth the plastic they are made from The SeaClones are good, but need a replacement powerhead to drive them. They are supplied with Rio branded pumps, that have a habbit of failing in a way that nukes your tank I'd swap the supplied one out for a MaxiJet MP 1200, or 900 if its a smaller one. DIY is also an option

Do you have to have a HOB one? what size tank is it for? Personally I would go for a second hand TMC or Deltec.
