Protecting The Bottom Of My Tank ?

I have just bought a brand new 4ft fish tank andim very scared of the gravel scratching the bottom glass of the tank. And the riping the silcone. Is there anything i can buy to help ??

what type of gravel are you using? you can get smooth gravel or use a different substrate like sand, although i have to say ive not heard of any gravel ripping silocone or scratching the glass

I doubt it would do either of those things. Even if it did scratch the glass, why does it matter?
