Proposed Planted Set Up

Hi all

This is how i plan to set up my tank and i would be greatful if you could give me any advice as to whether you think i would get algae growth or not and what the best way would be to aviod it

First of all, i plan to have a base of tropica plant substrate with sand on top

My lighting is 2 T5 28w bulbs and its a 33 gallon tank giving me 1.7wpg

The plants i intend to have are;

2 species of Hygrophila polysperma, big leaf and normal
Rotala rotundifolia
Sagittaria platyphylla

and maybe some others

I usually do a 25% water change a week

I was hoping i could get away with dosing ferts once a week and possibly using some liquid carbon if it was needed

What do you think? If you think i should use carbon how often do you reccommend it?
