Problems With The Forum

I am having trouble replying to threads. Have I become unwanted...? The emoticons are also disabled. When I open a thread, I only see the replies, but there are no options whatsoever for me to add an answer or to do anything but reading it. I already restarted my computer, but the problem is persistent.

Is anybody else experiencing this?
