and i managed to get a picture of the nipped danio, he's extremely shy and is hiding in the cave. see the nip under in his stomach?? does that look like a bite to you?
i'm suprised he's survived, do you think he'll survive any longer?

It does look as though he's been nipped quite badly. You could try seperating and treating him to make sure that infection doesn't set in. Clean water will also help in preventing infection but medication is probably the best way to go.

Not entirely sure what the best one would be. Interpet have quite a range of medications and I think it may be Interpet #8 or #9 that would help the little one recover.

That plec looks cute compared to my 9" common! Yes it is a common plec, i am keeping mine in a 180l/ 40g but i am wanting a 300l (about 6months if that since i got my new one!) 300l is the biggesst i think i can go in size but i dont want a larger one than that (says me ) but eventually i will have to rehome him. The amount of waste is massive aswell, more than rest of fsh put tigether.
