Here's a video of my Anubias.
What do you guys think is wrong with them?

For me this very much looks like physical damage. So do you have any plant eating snails or fish in there?

Not at all!
I only have nerite snails, cherry shrimp and neon tetras.

Yellowing could be nutrient deficiency and holes a lack of CO2 - But put that against the bright light and they may just be trying to grow too fast which they're not that good at.
If you're other plants dont look like they need extra CO2 or nutrients I'd consider shading the anub so they're better equiped to deal with the conditions.....

IMO

I will try dosing potassium in the aquarium and take it from there..
From what I have read, I should had started dosing it way sooner! :(

I've noticed that since I'm dosing nitrates my plants are looking fuller and healthier. Anubias are starting to show some progress now. Haven't got around getting some potassium yet. Probably will tomorrow.
Will keep you updated.
