Hiya,

my betta's spawned last night, so I put the eggs in a breeder box, I just put my heavily female mollies in the tank (2)
and by accident the breeder box tipped over and all the eggs fell out, I'm not so worried about the eggs, but will my females be ok?
There's also 5 day old molly fry in there (about this big (........)
and my females are about (.................) that big, will they eat the fry? They don't seem to be bugging the fry, but I dunno :S

The betta eggs are goners. They need to be left with the male so that he can care for them until they hatch. He will keep returning the eggs to the bubble nest until they hatch out and will even return very young betta fry to the bubble nest. Once the eggs were removed from the male, they had almost no chance of surviving.
It sounds like the molly fry will be fine . Mollies are very gentle on fry and I often leave the molly fry with the adult mollies with very little risk of losing them to predation. Once in a while a molly will be a big fry eater but it is much less common than it would be with platies or swords.

Ok! I wasn't to worried about my betta's anyways, but I have a swordtail that is also pregnant, (I think) big gravid spot and pretty squared, I'm going to let her give birth naturally, but catch the fry and put them in my fry tank, will the 1 week old fry and the swordtail fry be fine together? (whenever she decides to have them, the molly fry might be older)
