Here is links to an image of rock wall found at Flower Pot Island. I stretched it to fit a 24x14 background.

I have broken the image down so that it can be printed in 8x10 sections, then you carefully match them up, put a tiny bit of clear tape to hold them in place, then flip it over and fully tape the back side. Then attach it to the back of your tank.

Here is what it looks like in the tank (no water or stuff yet, still waiting to setup).

that's pretty cool. Good idea. i bet you can find other type of backrounds too.
:D

At first I was like "uh, its just gonna look like a peice of paper", but it does actually look quite real, i'd do it if I was into them sort of things, or if I had a cichlid tank or something.

Looks good.

I'm still getting around to getting some black card for my tanks lol.

May try it with my own picture one day

:good:

sweet shame i dont have a printer, ive still got a white background as i cant find any backing i like

Do you have a picture you want on the back of your tank? What type of background did you want. What size is the tank you have.

If all else fails you could use just a plain blue, thats what I have put on my smaller tank I am bridging with the 20 Gallon.
