pregnant, sick or just fat fish

Hey, I have a sunset platy and she has a gravid spot and its very dark, some days shes fat and some days shes not, is she pregnant or sick or just fat?

I also have 2 female mickey mouse platies, 1 of them is getting really fat but has no gravid spot, and again is she pregnant, sick or just fat?

i'm in london.sounds like she's prego.mine don't always show the gravid spot, their too bright orange.but they kick out a couple of babies a month anyway.
