Pregnant Platy....does Size Matter?

hi there

well i have 2 pregnant platies,my sunset platy is roughly about 3 weeks pregnant,she appears to be getting larger downways instead of filling out! Is this normal?
Her gravid patch is getting larger and darker.

I've never heard of different shapes being bad. One thing's for sure, if you have livebearers, you'll have no end of babies! Enjoy!

This is very true my first platy fry are 3 weeks old now, my second lot are 3 days old and the platy that gave birth the first time is due again. Ive got 8 platy fry at the mo and many many many more on the way good luck
