Pregnant Molly

I have a pregnant black lyretail molly that still hasen't given birth. I've had her for a month and she has been pregnant and ready to pop since then.

She probably just hasent completely squared off yet. another person on here has a pregnant molly and she's been pregnant for over 40 days so you probably have some time to go.

You can tell when they're ready to give birth because their gravid spot is the darkest and their stomachs square out. Instead of looking round, they look square. Weird, right? But that's how it is.
And before they give birth they hover usually in an isolated area. If you see the fish doing that then I would put her in a breeding chamber. Be very careful not to stress her out though.
