Pregnant Guppy?

I have no idea if it is a female , male or even pregnant but i noticed the mark so thought i would ask and see if it is a female and pregnant or not.


Picture quality aint great i know but hopefully someone can tell.

take a look at there anal/ventral fin if it is pointy it is a male (used to deposit sperm) if it is a female it will be rounded

also females tend to be duller than males

From what I can see in the picture, your fish is indeed a female and does appear to be pregnant. Mind you that some females have the forever gravid spot that mimics a pregnancy but they never produce fry. I've got one that tricked me for 2 months.Give her another 2 weeks and see if you have babies.Good luck

Also i have 4 guppies ( 2 females 2 males ) and that one is hanging around on her own and all the others are all together chasing each other around etc.

She is not very far along if she is carrying any fry.
