Pregnant Guppy

She looks about two weeks gone if that... if she's really four weeks then she's already had ost of the fry.
She also looks like she has finrot and possibly ich or a fungal condition (the spots look a bit big for ich). What are the water stats? A tank that is not cycled can stop them breeding.

the tank is cycled and its just finrot.. due to adding poor quality guppies

LOL. Well she's still holding out on me. She's doing everything that one would expect a Guppy at this stage of pregnancy to be doing...except dropping the fry.

5 weeks now shes still : Fat
has a gravid spot
shes sticking near the plants
so how long until she drops?

Wow, she's recovered beautifully from the fin rot...really nice fish. I'd say she still has a week or more to go. Could be less if she is very young...

she doesnt look very big, if she has had fin rot and that this could have delayed her giving birth, as they will only give birth if they feel happy enough and safe.

When she is ready, her back end will hang as low as the front which is usually what we mean when we say "squared off". I'd still say she has a week or two to go.
