Pregnant Guppy Help

Hopefully you can tell from my youtube video, But i was wondering how long roughly until she drops her fry? This will be my first lot of babies

i cant watch this viedo on my comp at the minute but there is a section on how to tell when livebearers are going to drop in the pinned section at the top of the live bearers page.

This is my guppy having her fry. She had just started to drop. Try and get a static pictute and it will help. At her back end when she is about to drop you will see a while tube expand. My Guppy and Swordtail do anyhow. This means they are going to drop imminently. My guppy literally squares right off overnight and it is quite obvious when she is going to drop. I havent had my fish long but have had 3 drops from my guppy and caught her with all 3, and same with my swordtail the last two times I know she was going to drop overnight. So you will soon recognise the signs. Good Luck and I hope you catch her.

I just thought, what are you going to do with your fry. I noticed you have no plants or anywhere for them to hide in your tank? x

looking at your video i would say she has a good couple of weeks to go before she has them , she looks similar to mine when they are around 2 weeks into the pregnancy .

I do not see a female ready to drop in your video Chigwell. The female you were following was at east 2 weeks from a drop when the picture was taken. Even if she were ready, the neons and betta in the tank would make short work of many of the fry, although perhaps not all of them.
