Simple answer; you don't remove them.

Unless you have another, cycled, tank set up for raising the fry, all female livebearers are best left in the main tank.

If you want some fry to survive (and do bear in mind that each female will have 30 or 40 fry, every month, so you can't raise them all without lots of tanks for growing them on), them just make sure your tank has plenty of hiding places. Fine leaved, live plants are best.

You can assume that all female livebearers are pregnant, all the time. They can even store packets of sperm, so they can continue getting pregnant for around six months after they were last with a male.

From your picture, they both look pregnant, but the one on front is probably further along than the one at the back.

When they're very close to giving birth, they'll do a thing known as 'square off', where their bellies take on a very distinct boxy shape, but young females don't get as big, or show this as clearly as more mature fish, because young females have less fry than older fish :)
