Even without a male present they can store sperm so yes she would be carrying more fry. She should drop in a couple of weeks again.

the females are usually carrying eggs straight after giving birth and so every 3-4 weeks you can expect fry even up to 6 months after the female is seperated from males

is she a mix of to different breeds possibly a blue delta tail?

Yes she should be due in about 2 weeks. Once you take the male away if you do, she can have them for up to 6 months after he is gone
