Preggo Molly

Last week I posted some pics of my preggo black molly and someone said she had a week or so to go...took a look at her today and she is skinny! No babies found.

I had heard somewhere that if the mama is stressed that they can suck the babies back up? Can't remember where I heard that but I though it was pretty whack...but thought I would post it here to see what anyone else has to say.

what other fish do u keep with her, as all fish love to eat baby mollies.

If you have any decent sized fish in the tank, the molly fry became sushi, CobyShaynGirl. I have heard crazy stories about livebearers reabsorbing fry as if they were egg layers reabsorbing unfertilized eggs. I have kept them most of my life, 50 of my 60 years, and have never seen it actually happen but I guess anything is possible.
