Hi ive got 190l corner tank and would like some advise on what powerhead would be suitable thanks

What fish do u have in there? as some fish prefer slower water and some prefer fast. Also, what is the turnover rate of the existing filter?

im actually just turning to marine and trying to gather all the right things i need so im starting from scratch at the moment filter is a tetratec 700 tank is a juwel trigon 190 ive got the juwel skimmer all fitted just got to get my water and rock iv got my live sand so pretty much on my way
