Powerhead Warning !

I have just found one of my guppies sucked into the intake of my Koralia 2 pump !

I got him out eventually but he was dead.

I never thought this was possible ........untill now

Has anybody else had this happen to them?

I believe a few people have had this happen.
I think they put a cover on them, such as ladys tights.
Although it does reduce the flow.
