Power Filters

Does anyone know of a site that rates power filters? My 29 gallon tank is actually a starter kit with a Top Fin 30 filter. Are those good filters or do I need to upgrade to something better?

I tried that site but didn't have much luck. Has anyone had experiences with the Top Fin filters?
