Power Compacts

I have been looking into buying power compacts for my 45 gallon tank. I have found a 192 W system from www.aquattraders.com that looks like it would be great (and well within my budget). However, it does not have a blue actinic light...

FREE items include one 96W bulb 12000K & one 96W bulb actinic 03

Does this seem like it would be fine? Also, would I need to have mounting legs for this, or will the system be fine right on the tank?

The description says it comes with actinic.......

I have a similar light on my 10g. I think that the legs look nicer, but it can rest right on top of the tank. Makes it impossible to have a hood though.

I would highly recommend E-Bay(if you know what brand you are looking for) Just got a Jebo 260w with moon leds 2 96w 10,000k and 2 true actinic blue included with fans and legs for $119.00. My lfs has the exact same one for $399. and it doesnt include the bulbs. I shops ALL my lfs and record prices and name brands so i can come home and look for things here and compare.

Will the 96W bulb actinic 03 provide the same function as a Blue actinic light?
