Hi Guys,
Can you help me out here??
I have recently upgraded to a 165l tank. I am looking at completing my stocking fairly soon.
Stats are:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10-20
Ph: 8 in the tank, lower out of the tap
Heavily planted and lots of bogwood, sand with Eco Complete.
My stocking plans so far are:
2 Golden Panchax
6 Hatchetfish (if my research tells me that they are OK with the Panchax)
10 Harlequin Rasboras
3 Angels
6 Corydoras Panda
1 Albino Bristlenose Plec
1 Clown Plec
1 Gold Nugget Plec
A few shrimp and an African Dwarf Frog or two.
So now I'm keen to get some sort of cichlid for the mid-lower levels of the tank. My initial thoughts were to go for a pair of Rams, or Kribensis. But I would much rather have something that is more comfortable in my high Ph. Something colourful would be nice, and not too big for my 80cm long tank.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance,
Nina
