Looks female as well.

They all look like females when young though, except for that white thread thing if you can see under them. Then the plates on their chest grow bigger if male, and the pectorals start to thicken.

Or look underneath them lol X)) But that only works when they are fully up the glass.

Ok. Probably easier to notice when they're about a year old, as they look more like an adult by then, although still small.

Thanks. I only have these two (and I suspect they are both guys) for less than a month so no eggs yet and probably will never lay if they stay males. Very useful cleanup duo too.

The ramshorn snails on the other hand... I have this 0.5 cm one named Ramses. The critter spawned more and I now have around 7 ramshorns (with him included), but I like them, I've put two in my fry cage as cleanup crew. They don't harm the plants either so I find them useful.

And I love watching the grass grow now that I have a better light X) My apples will take care of the bad part of the old plants.
