Is there a way to know if any of my topics have had replies? Currently, I go to topics in my profile and look through them all, just wondered if I was missing something, ta!

You can click on "Follow this topic" tag on top right of the thread in which you can scroll down and choose your preference to be notified instantly.

I have mine set to auto follow any topic I reply to. It generates a lot of emails for me but I don't mind because otherwise I would never be able to keep up with all my conversations.

lol, that might be way to go, depends how chatty I get on here Just noticed too, if I go to profile, my topics, then find content, the ones with unread replies are bold
