Post Ich treatment stocking

I had ICH and treated the tank/fish for it. My fish that had visable signs of ICH spots are now - spotfree. How do I test the water to be sure? And when is it safe to re-stock the tank?

How long have they been spot free? I usually wait about ten days after before stopping treatment and then do a large water change and ensure that i am using ICH free filter material. HTH

Good advice there - I'd probably be even a little more conservative...
