Possible White Spot

If anyone out there has superman eye sight could they help diagnose the problem? 1 Ram has 1/2 tiny white spots on his fins and both rams seem to flick alot. Only reason why id doubt this is white spot is because the male has been this way for some time and so far its not changed or spread atall.

Are there two white spots on his back tail fin? Is that the area?

If so I would say that looks like ich to me.

Back and tail, looks better and worse from time to time.

What do you keep your temperature at?

I would consider maybe raising your temperature up to 80F degrees and adding some ich treatment.
