Hello what do you all think of this possible stock list for a juwel rio 180?


02 Kribensis
01 Bristlenose Pleco
12 Guppies
05 Swordtails (1m 4f)
02 Dwarf Gourami

Would all those fish be ok in my tank ?

Hi,

Sounds fine to me, although you would have to keep an eye on all your fish if the kribs spawn as they tend to get very aggressive.

Also with the guppies and swordtails, are you planning on getting all male? or a mixture with a setup for fry?

You might also want to look at adding some other form of bottom feeders as well to balance the tank, most of your selection are mid to top areas.

I was planning to get a mixture of males and females (2m 5F). Would all males get on without fighting.
I also heard swordtails could nip the guppies fins is this true.

I wanted to leave the kribs alone at the bottom as I heard they can be aggressive
