Possible ick?

Hi I have about 6 guppies and rubber lip pleco in a 20 gallon long and I just noticed some odd spots on my pleco. I also recently had 3 guppies die from the tank and after checking water parameters I really dont know what happened. Tank completely cycled and everything looks fine other that what I nm noticed on my pleco. Could this possibly be ick? Any info would be appreciated.

doesn't look like white spot
just monitor the fish and if it gets worse or things chance, post more pics.

And it isn't a Rubberlip but a Bristlenose pleco.
