Possible Hole In The Head- Oscar

Bought a new Oscar for my new 100 gallon tank. I have noticed a small grey spot on its head that I didnt notice on the first day. Small patch of gray skin about half the size of an eye on the head, above and between the eyes. Worried this is the beginnings of Hole in the Head.
Cycled tank with a Jack Dempsey, Red Devil, and a school of Cory's.
Started 20% water changes every other day and feeding vitamin enriched flakes along with frozen brine shrimp.
