I'm not sure of any cures, but popeye or exphthalmus is not necessarily fatal. In fact, one goldfish lost both of its eyes, but the wounds healed over without infection and the fish lived for several years after, apparently healthy. Fish have poor vision (they can only see a couple yards at most) and thus do not depend on their eyes very much to find their food. Instead, they have a highly developed sense of smell and their lateral lines, which sense low frequency vibrations in the water, help them to locate their food and even determine their surroundings.
As it is, I do not know of any cures for popeye disease, so you may just want to hope for the best. If your fish loses her eyes, you may want to look up ways to disinfect her wound so that she does not get any secondary infections.
