Hello,

Just after some advise on one of my ickkle goldfishes that has developed a case of popeye.

- Size of aquarium/pond - 50 gal tank
- Types of fish - 3 x Goldfish, fantail
- Number of fish and sizes - 3 x approx 4 inch (body only)
- Filtration used and how do you clean it and how often - Yes, Weekly
- How much in the way of water changes and how often -- 30% approx, if water tests are a bit higher then a greater % changed
- Do you dechlorinate - Yes
- Symptoms of sick fish ie, spots, behaviour, etc - Popeye in one fish
- How long has the fish been sick and which medications are your currently using or recently used - Only noticed yesterday, using the Methylene Blue.
- Test results for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph both from the tap and tank - All in safe zone, can't remember exactly though as posting from work.
- Anything else you need us to know - Immediately carried out a 50% water change. Usually eat bloodworms, shrimp, and another thing that I can't remember. Fed peas to change diet, fish effected been resting on the bottom of tank. Other fish are schooling with it, but not attacking it. Other fish are healthy, no signs of popeye.

What's the best treatment to use? I'm gonna be doing a water change every day, approx 40%.
