Pop-eye

I just lost a Cardinal to swimbladder, but when i fished him out i noticed that he had pop-eye.

Ive never had pop-eye before and was wondering if it will spread to my other fish?

Any infomation the pop-eye, like how it starts and treatments, will be helpfull

It isn't catching as such, but as the cause is usu. environmental...yes, others in the tank may get it.

Popeye is a symptom of many diseases, rather than a disease itself. So it is hard to say whether it is contagious.

Onesided popeye vs bilateral popeye generally have different causes.
