Poorly Platy

Hi guys and girls i have a poorly platy, well it is swimming round fine! but on its left hand mid side! It has a raised area almost like a wart! I was just wondering what to do! it is about 2cm in diameter. I have good water states and I just done a 50% water change just incase!
