Well since a male by definition doesn't need an egg spot, I would say it's cleared up no matter how strange it seems.

If it helps, she also seems to be putting up breeding stripes in some of the pics. I've never heard of a male doing that.

lol! Yeah, I know that she's female...now. I was just so damn confused because she was not with the other females at my lfs. No to mention they had her selling under the name of "MALE BETTA". The cup was also so cloudy, that at first I thought she was just a dusty blue color...wrong again. Have I mentioned I've never owned a female before? I guess this little girl is just full of surprises for me.
