Hi I am a new member with approx 21 posts and am unable to send or receive pm's. Can anyone tell me if you have to have a certain number of posts b4 you can use this service ? As I don't even have a subsection in my menu.

you can thank the spammers for that...the 3 minute delay is also annoying!

how about posting your e-mail and then deleting it once the person says they got it.
